He also pastors the church’s Lekki campus at the Pistis Conference Centre, Lagos. Alongside his ministry work, Debo is the Principal Consultant at N’Able Global Solutions Limited, a strategy and innovation firm. Aptly described as Clergy, Consultant, and Coach, he brings a unique blend of spiritual insight and corporate expertise.
A British Standard Institute Certified Lead Auditor, Debo holds advanced certifications in Strategy & Innovation and Disruptive Strategy from Harvard University and Harvard Business School. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants. His professional background spans environmental consulting, quality management systems, capacity development, and strategy innovation, working with leading organizations such as Chevron, Shell, Brass LNG, NNPC, and the Federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria.
Debo has supported SMEs with ISO 9001 certification, lectured at TENARIS Corporate University, and delivered training on leadership, negotiation, and organizational growth. She has successfully restructured group operations, established HR functions for startups and large corporations, and driven people strategies that enhance capacity, engagement, and profitability.
Currently the Chief People Experience Officer at Leadway Group, Omokunbi oversees multiple entities — spanning insurance, pensions, health, asset management, and hospitality — while also leading customer experience across the group, achieving significant gains in NPS and CSAT scores that translate to business growth.
Her career includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Alcatel-Lucent, Airtel, Zain, Celtel, and Vmobile, where she advanced expertise in HR, governance, customer service, and organizational transformation. She has also spearheaded HR transitions during mergers and acquisitions, championed digital innovation, and built learning organizations focused on people and leadership development.
Omokunbi is a recognized thought leader and mentor, an Independent Executive Director on several boards, and a member of global councils such as SHRM Lagos, HR Forbes Council, and the European Mentorship and Coaching Council. In 2023, she was honored as the Peak Performing Woman of the Year.

Kristin earned her Bachelor’s degree from Princeton University, where she studied comparative literature, East Asian studies, and neuroscience. She also completed graduate-level studies at the University of Oxford and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Stanford University. She is a Harris Fellow, recognised for her leadership and commitment to driving systems-level impact.
